Cable pin-out for E-SD console port

Guys,

 

Do you know what is the pinout for E-SD serial port to be able to login using such port to the E-SD console?

 

The manual says how to configure boot parameters for such thing but, it only says the RJ-45 to RS-232 connector used for 4500/3820 devices does not work but I have not found what pinout it is for connecting to the server.

 

We tried using a USB/Serial cable and a gender-changer but, it is not working.

Also tried COM1 & COM2 configured as Console Device and is not working.

It came as default set VGA and it works using a USB keyboard.
