Web Server Files for Net-Net 3800

We recently upgraded our 3800 to 6.3.9 code and I would like to configure the web server. I see in the docs where to enable the server, but I can't seem to locate any documentation on where to upload/extract the web server files on the device. The 6.3.9 firmware zip comes with SbcWebClient.tar.gz file and appweb.tar.gz. Are these the files that I need to get the web server up and going? Thanks!
