Listen from Sip-port in SA or Sip-Interface

When send sip calls I see that the SBC use how "FROM port" the port configured in sip-interface and for "TO port" the port configured in SA.

 

SBC------> from 5060 to 5062 ---->GW (SA)

Sip-interface port 5060

SA port 5062


When receive sip calls from the SA used "TO port" configured in SA , the SBC not responds. If send "TO port" configured in the sip-interface receipt response.

 

Because the SBC will not listen on port settings defined within the SA?

as I can make it listen and send from the same port?
