Unable to packet-trace on a 3820 SBC device of a node

Guys,

 

Does anybody can tell if have experience any issue as the following:

 

In a SD 3820 HA node, it is possible to do packet-trace only from one SBC-1 device when it is in Active state.

 

If we switchover the node and have the other SBC-2 in Active state, it happens that packet-trace is not working. The SBC is not sending packets to the IP address specified in the capture-receiver config element.

 

We have the following versión running on such node:

 

Firmware SCX6.2.0 MR-6 Patch 2 (Build 876)

 

Any idea on what could it be?

 

Is it a bug in such versión?
