FTP CDR not working...

All;

 

Looking for some configuration help – SBC is running on Avaya Hardware with Acme code (2600) - commands are different in this load.  Having issues getting the CDR off the SBC via FTP – this is what I am able to show from a configuration stand-point.  Anything look out of line here?  Any Pointers?
