Registration Process (B2BUA)
Hi,
User is complaining their physical phone display "no service" occassionally where its auto recovered in about 2-3 mins. My question is how these parameter may be contributing to this issue?
When I do quick check when customer complaint" no service" is encountered, I did not see any REGISTER message towards the Registrar (Broadworks). The REGISTER message only seen when the auto recovery which is 2-3mins later. It seems to me, SD did not forward or did not re-register with Registrar after 3600s or half of the expiry timer which is 1800s in a timely manner where caused a delay for 2-3mins?
