Determining if a call is local, Redirect Server or ?

I am looking for a solution to determine if a call is local for my Net-Net 38xx SBC. I do not need to know any LNP info. So far most of my focus has been on routing engines available by companies like TransNexus and Metaswitch. While these solutions look up to the task, they are also expensive and include a lot of features that are not currently important to us.

 

Ideally I want to be able to do a LERG query to determine if a call is local. I would prefer to do the query based on the diversion header first and the from/remote-party-id if no diversion header present.
