Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Acme Packet (MOSC)

What is the best software version to go to? 6.1? 6.2? 6.3?

I have here a 4250 SBC, running fine on 5.2.

Now looking to update the software.

I understood that 6.2 has IPv6, but also consumes more CPU, so overall performance is decreased.

I do not need IPv6, so that would put us on 6.1

Or is 6.3 really better?
