SBC originating a Bye Message

Hi,

Would anyone know what type of events or criteria would lead to an SBC taking it upon itself to originate a BYE both to the CPE on the access side and to the upstream application server on the core side?

 

As it is occurring in production I really do not want to enable debug logging and the issue occurs at what seems to be random times, currently I am unable to replicate in the labs, hence my desire to see if there is any particular areas to focus my investigations.
