How to Send Dunning Letters for multiple email addresses

Hello Everyone,

We're running Oracle Financials 12.1.3 and have applied the latest IEX RPC Feb 2015.


When we run IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers process, It will send dunning letters to customer's primary email address. Here is there any way to send dunning letters to multiple email addresses? i.e how to add multiple email addresses in CC list apart from collector's email address. Could any one help me on this.
