9.2 HCM System Timeout

We are testing 9.2 HCM with Tools 8.53.13. We are getting abnormal timeout for our users. The timeout is very inconsistent and is logging out users within 1 minute to 10 minutes of inactivity.

Has anyone faced this issue so far?
