FCM - task submission duration time

Hi, I'm a little bit frustrated with our task submission lead-time in our Industrialization environment. Since we are connected to LDAP environment it takes 20 seconds before the task gets submitted. I cannot believe that anyone would accept this. Do you have any benchmark data. From my point of view it should be 1/2/3 seconds but not more. That's what we experienced in former environments. THANKS
