SAML Token in Oracle Access Manager

Friends:
I require a web application to integrate with Web Single Sign On functionality that Access Manager:
In the login process:
1. Access Manager creates a SAML Token for sending the authentication parameters to the web application.
2. The web application receives the SAML Token generated in Access Manager.
3. The web application validates the SAML Token that was created in Access Manager.
4. If the web application correctly valid SAML Token to access the application. Otherwise, access to the web application is denied.

On what grounds I have the following queries:
- Access Manager handles sending SAML Token? because I do not have the component
