There is a field "OPERPSWDSALT" which is added in PSOPRDEFN table as part of 8.53 tools upgrade.

could any one provide the following information regarding this.

1) What exactly this field is used for.
2) How this field differs with OPERPSWD field in PSOPRDEFN Table
3) Will there be any impact on this field if we change the OPERPSWD length [From 32 to 127] in PSOPRDEFN Table
