Oracle Incentive Compensation - only 2 values visible in the 'Credit Rule attribute' field

While creating credit allocation rulesets using "Plan Administrator" responsibility; the 'Credit Rule Attribute' field is currently showing only two attributes - Item ID and State.

Navigation - Plan Administrator(R) --> Other Rulesets and Hierarchies -->  Maintain Credit Allocation Rule Sets

Are these the only 2 values that can be selected for 'Credit Rule Attribute'?

Are there more attributes values that should be visible in the Credit Rule Attribute Field?

If yes, where can I enable them so that I can see the new parameters while creating credit allocation rules for Sales Credit Allocation(SCA)
