Has anyone seen this issue? Cannot Add/Update Vendor in DEMO FIN 9.1
I'm working in a FIN 91. db on oracle with PT 8.51.11. I have users working in Demo and when they attempt to update/add Vendor get the following error when selecting a vendor.
No approval process of id VendorApproval is registered with the system.

This looks like a configuration issue. Any info on this would be appreciated..
