No audio through acme Access setup

I hope to be able to begin a dialog here with little information but will happily add more as requested.

Setup:

Softswitch - 10.0.0.250

Acme Access: 162.221.24.100

Acme internal: 10.0.0.249

phones register to access ip, and acmereg caches the registration. 

A call from the phone to the PSTN look like this:

phone->enterprise router->private circuit->router->acmeAccess->acmeInternal->softswitch->carrier

I hear no audio in either direction.

packet captures have confirmed the softswitch is sending media back to the acmereg just not on to the phone.

What information do you need to help assess the problem?

I have attached what i think are the relevant pieces of the config.
