SES keeps erroring out with an ORA-01654 issue

We are attempting to get the PTPORTALSEARCH working and keep getting the following error: 2015-04-02 16:14:51.338 ERROR            Main Thread  EQG-30724 null    Invalid SQL command: eq_task.start_tasks 2015-04-02 16:14:51.338 ERROR            Main Thread            EQG-60503: task execution error (ID = 122) EQG-60300: index synchronization error (122) ORA-20000: Oracle Text error: DRG-50857: oracle error in dresInsDump ORA-01654: unable to extend index SEARCHSYS.SYS_IOT_TOP_77350 by 1024 in tablespace SEARCH_DATA EQG-50000: internal error, arguments : error in log_idx_error        ORA-02291: integrity constraint (SEARCHSYS.EQ$_IDXERROR_DS_FK) violated - parent key not found ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at "SEARCHSYS.EQ_ERR", line 260 ORA-06512: at line 1     java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20000: Oracle Secure Enterprise Search error
