Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Notification Framework::Evaluation Management::Text in attachment instead of body email

Hello

We use for example the generic template SCC_GE_NOTIFICATION to send emails from Evaluation Managment

(Notification setup of that template is set to text/plain.)

Define Evaluation code > Evaluation Info > Workflow options > First notification template = SCC_GE_NOTIFICATION

The emails are send correctly, but the text always appears in an attachment and not in the body of the email.

How can i solve this?
