Paycycle dates not advancing

Hello All,

Thought I post this to the community. We have Pay cycles used in AP and EX modules and are scheduled to run daily. I happen to notice that automatic increment of dates on pay cycle do not increment the dates if the pay cycle that ran for previous selection came with "No Work". One has to manually increment the dates for the next selection. Has anyone experienced this? Is there some setup that controls this or a Oracle bug? Any information you have is worthy and appreciated.
