Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How can I add parent item to the PO?

Now I can add parent item to "ordmtxws" and after expand get child.

I need to add parent item to PO and approve this PO. How can i do this operation?
