Oracle 12c In-Memory option optimization scripts for PeopleSoft?

We're looking to upgrade to Oracle 12c this year, are there optimization scripts available that will make PeopleSoft take advantage of the In-Memory option?  Dropping indexes no longer required and altering tables and putting priority ones in-memory?  This would be a huge benefit.
