Restricting Reason Code

HI,

I want to know how can we restrict the reason code in OReSA /ORMS 14.01.

Suppose for example I want to create a reason code where the cashier is allowed to give 5% discount  if the item is damaged,or if we take another example that suppose I want to give 10% off only for today through a reason code (NOT THROUGH RPM),then how can we restrict this reason code to be used in the next day.

I just want to know , how to give conditions/restriction with reason code because I am unable to find it in the GUI.
