Cascading Lookups not working for modify user

Hi Expert,

Cascading lookups work perfectly in all other views of the OIM user.

Only when modyfing a user, the child-lookups aren't populated correctly. Instead of the stored value, the drop down shows an empty field (additionally to the "normal" dropdown-choices: empty and choosable values, which are normally there, there's another empty field - this one should however show the stored value). WLS_OIM1 log says "ADFv: Could not find selected item matching value  of type: java.lang.String in the list-of-values."

Steps to reproduce:

1. create 2 Lookups, the values of one of them should depend on the other

2. add the lookups as select one choice to each view of the oim self service
