Can anyone direct me to the correct JDBC driver to use for Change Impact Analyzer on SQL Server 2008

We are trying to set up Change Impact Analyzer for PeopleTools 8.50.11 with a SQL Server 2008 database.  I have tried downloading two different JDBC driver sets from the Microsoft website which indicate that they are for SQL Server 2008 (the download files are sqljdbc_4.0.2206.100_enu.exe and sqljdbc_4.1.5605.100_enu.exe).  In each case, when I try to configure Change Impact Analyzer I get the following error message,

"Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version 1.6 is not supported by this driver. Use the sqljdbc4.jar class library, which provides support for JDBC 4.0"

The unzipped folders of both downloaded executables contain a sqljdbc4.jar file, so I think there is something else amiss here.  Anyone have any suggestions for how to resolve this driver issue?
