E-INST: after applying PeopleTools 8.54.09 patch, error "SetCNavDataFromIBReq(I)I not found" occurs when logging in to PIA on Microsoft Windows(x64) platforms. (Doc ID 1994503.1)

This doc contains more info about the reported Bug and [required] workaround. 

Customers who install the 8.54.09 patch on Linux or UNIX platforms will not encounter this issue, and no additional steps are required.
