Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Financials for India - EBS (MOSC)

adop phase=apply takes long time

In R12.2.4, I have been running apply with a tiny patch after completing Prepare phase. It takes long time and still running since 4 hours.

What may be the issue with this ?
