Error for PeopleSoft Peopletools 8.54

Hi Everyone,

I'm New to PeopleSoft.

I have Installed the Peoplesoft FSCM 9.2 on my Windows Server. Whenever I try to Open the Peopletools (8.54) Application Designer or DataMover, I'm getting following error. Please Help.
