calculations for terminated salesreps
Hi,
We are running synchronize employee program daily.
So whenever we terminate a salesrep or if they leave we end date their person records in HR as well as user record, it end dates their resource records, end dates their salesrep roll etc.
At present whenever we run OIC calculation program, we manually remove end dates from their resource record and then run calculations.
Is there anyway or setup to make OIC calculate commission for terminated employees too?
I am sure this is a very common scenario and other companies must be also facing similar issue.
