App Designer PushButton/Hyperlink Label info not saving

PeopleTools 8.54.08 in App Designer, when I place a Push Button/Hyperlink on a page and go to the "Label" tab and put in the label text.  When I press the OK button it removes all of the changes on that tab.  the other tabs appear to be working fine,  Has anyone else Had this?

Also, look at an existing button and go to the Label tab it will remove the data there as well.
