How to create a Dunning contact

I have set up the work items and the related templates, and i would want to test if its all working fine, hence want to understand how to create a dunning contact in my name so that the moment i ruin the IEX Strategy fulfiment i should receive all those suspension and friendly reminder letters as applicable
