Getting multiple domains in IB Domain status

Hello there, I'm having some very weird issue in 1 of my development instance. I notice there is multiple domains in the IB Domain status although there should be only 1.

Even after i click purge domain status i am still getting multiple domains. Due to the amount of domains I can only activate it by enabling 'Allow Multiple Active Domains' in Monitor setup options.

However you can see there's only 3 dispatcher but 6 domains. Is this a bug? How can I clear off the extra domains?
