An OpenXml error occured. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

We are upgrading to peoplesoft financials 9.2 and tools 8.53.16. We did the following setup already, but still get this error when running nVision reports thru report book...

1.       Both Microsoft .NET Framework versions 3.5 and 4.0 are already installed

2.      Installed Microsoft .NET Framework versions 3.5 and 4.0

3.       Changed ‘psprcs.cfg’ (%PS_Home%\appserv\prcs\db\ psprcs.cfg) Under [nVision] UseExcelAutomation=1 and rebooted prcs

4.      Created an Empty Desktop folder under C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\Desktop

5.         All layouts have already been converted to Office 2007/2010 format

Also, when trying to 'Run report' from the report request, to file ...xls, it says...Process Request shows status of 'INITIATED' or 'PROCESSING' but no longer running.
