Needs attention

I have a doubt on the needs attention flag :

What happens if one assignee has to do 2 tasks at the same time, eg duration of the task is 1 hour, Start at 5 pm and end at 6 pm, in the same schedule.

Does the workload conflict cause an alert? What about situation that 2 different schedules are concerned, eg 1 assignee assigned to parallel tasks in 2 different schedules?

If yes, is the conflict visible in a schedule that is open but Start time of the task in the future?

Could you please indicate all the cases that cause needs attention flag?
