Is there any information available to convert BAI2 to PSDB1?

We are on 9.1 AP with 8.53 tools and we do not have Cash Management nor Financial Gateway.  We are preparing to begin reconciling bank statements.  It is our understanding that we need to convert a BAI2 file to PSDB1 and then use the Bank Statement Load program.  Is there any information available to convert BAI2 to PSDB1?
