How to request entitlements from self service in OIM 11g R1.??

HI Everyone,

Can someone please let me know if their is any option to request entitlements in oim 11g r1.

I see that this feature is provided in OIM 11g r2 by default where all the resource roles are referred as entitlements and they are directly visible to the end user in self service console as entitlements. Here the user can easily raise a request for this entitlemts and after provided approvals he gets the access for the entitlements.

I am looking forward to achive the same scenario in OIM 11g R1 but i see here thier is no such option as catalog.
