Best Approach to Migrate Replenishment Data in RMS

Please can some one guide me as to what is the best approach to migrate / manually load replenishment data in RMS? I would like to know if there are any staging tables for migrating data (for eg: RPM_STAGE_CLEARANCE) for replenishment that can be loaded and then a batch may be run that would validate the data and then load the data in destination tables (for eg: REPL_ITEM_LOC).

If there are no staging tables or batch, then I would like to know if there is any base package that we can use to validate the replenishment data in REPL_ITEM_LOC table?
