Old nVision not working in PeopleTools 8.54.07

We are upgrading to HCM 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.54.07. We have a single nVision for HR created several years ago. We only run it three tier. It has kept running every time we have upgraded our application or peopletools. Now, in our test upgrade environment it only opens a blank excel worksheet. We have checked our configuration manager settings nVision tab and everything is pointing to the correct folders.

We are using 32 bit Office 2010 at this time. Our old ExcelToCI work fine. Is 64 bit Office an option?

Has anyone had similar issues with nVision and Tools 8.54.07?
