Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Item Category ... what should it be when Item is closed?

Hello,

We are seeing that when items are closed, in some instances there is an item category and sometimes the item category field is blank.

Can anyone advise on how the item category should be when an item is paid and closed?
