Where is the configuration file that controls the path used in the PSEMHub Agent?

When I start up the PSEMHub Agent, the window that opens up shows a number of error messages that all refer to an invalid path (the path being used is an old backup copy of our PS_HOME environment).  I can't seem to locate where that path is identified.  Can someone help identify which config file controls the path information when starting up the hub?
