Order ELC expenses update - API

I'm looking for a way to update ELC expenses on Purchase order - table ORDLOC_EXP. I can't find any API to do this, and looks like direct update in table doesn't do the trick, since PO Total cost is not recalculated after doing this.

What I want to achieve is that I can update expenses on PO without having the user enter the value for each item.
