We are having some problems with one of our environments whereby none of the web services that were previously working prior to a refresh, have now stopped working.

There are no errors showing up in the errorLog.html file for the web service that we are trying to access, however, in the morning when everything reboots, we are getting the following error in the errorLog.html file. We are fast running out of places to look and configure to get IB working for external calls. Could someone please lend their expertise or experience here.
