ELM 9.2 Tools 8.54.07 PERSON_BASIC_SYNC AUDIT_ACTN is blank

I'm setting up the PERSON_BASIC_SYNC between my 9.2 8.53 HR environment and my 9.2 8.54 ELM environment.  The HR system is sending out the messages correctly, and the ELM environment is receiving them.  All the data from the IB message is inserting into the LM_STG_PRS and associated staging tables.  It appears though that the AUDIT_ACTN field is not being populated from the IB Message.  I've examined the message and confirmed that an AUDIT_ACTN value exists.  I believe it is because the field isn't aliased correctly, or the delivered handler is looking at the staging table instead of the PSCAMA record
