HCM 9.2 component search views - Seem very slow.

We are upgrading to HCM 9.2 PeopleTools 8.54.07.  EMPLMT_SRCH_COR for Administer_Workforce Menu and ZZ_PAY_CHK_VW for Pay Check component seem to run very slow. It takes a long time to return data for an employee. My payroll and HR users are complaining about the wait time. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to improve performance time of these search views?

We are on Oracle 12.1.0.2.0 - 64bit.  Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.5 on all servers.
