Not able to cancel TDS invoices

we are using Oracle EBS 12.2.3. We created Invoice and made payment. Later for some reason , invoice was cancelled. After cancellation, Standard Invoice was cancelled, but related TDS invoice and Credit memo were not cancelled. We are not able to cancel manually as well. Please help.
