Hi Gabriela,

It is in continuation of the below thread

Terminate Subline in Contract

Here I amnot sure what happened with user although she uses the correct termination amount for the credit receipt. However Oracle creates two credits with a lower amount in total. As shown in the screenshot. 55,92 are still not credited. Total amount should be 324.72€.

Please advice wha could be the reason behind this. Also is it possible to create a credit for the left amount of 55,92€?
