PeopleSoft Define Attachments Migration

Hello,

Is there a way to migrate attachments using application designer?  I am trying to migrate the offer attachments for Talent Acquisition but it is the same setup table for other attachment templates as well.  I know for BI Publisher report definitions and templates we can actually store the reference to the rtf template.  I can't seem to find anything similar to the attachments stored here:

Set Up HRMS>Common Definitions>Attachments>Define Attachments

We are currently on PeopleSoft HRMS 9.1 and PeopleTools 8.53.

Let me know if there is way!
