State lookup based on country

Hi,

I have two country fields and two state fields on a page & record (the country fields have two different names as does the state fields).  Both state fields have a prompt table of STATE_TBL.  The first time I use the lookup, it works fine.  When I try to use the lookup on the second state field, I get the same list as the first state field.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?
