Fixed asset usefule life more than one year and value more than INR 5k should be capitalized

As per India Gaap, all equipments having economic usefule life more than one year and value more than INR 5k should be capitalized.

Is there any India localization guide which fulfills requirements.Need a docID/white paper which gives me full information about this requirement.
