Oracle EBS (12.1.3) is not generating workflow notification e-mail to one user

This is frustrating. The workflow mailer is working, but somehow is not generating e-mail notifications for one particular user. She is not receiving e-mails when her timecard or requisition items are approved. No preference change to disable her e-mail receiving. Ran a test from workflow mailer, and she received the test e-mail. All other employees are receiving notifications, just not her. Any suggestion on what to check?
